Portia (/ˈpɔːrʃə/) is an inner satellite of Uranus. Also known as Uranus XII, it was named after a heroine of a Shakespearean play, named The Merchant of Venice.

Discovered by Stephen P. Synnott, on January 3, 1986, he found Portia by images taken by Voyager 2. Portia is the head of the Portia Group, and is the 2nd largest inner moon of Uranus, after Puck. It has a radius of 67.6 km and is colored grey.
